The simulation

Run the supply chain of Premier Print Co.

Students take charge of Premier Print Co., a company that produces and distributes a groundbreaking household 3D printer. They decide which markets to open, how to size warehouses, which suppliers to choose and how to ship goods, in order to outperform competing players, gain market share and increase profits.

Can you keep cash flowing while goods move across five international markets?

FAQ

Answers to the most frequently asked questions

It is a logistics and supply chain simulation where participants manage the operations of Premier Print Co., a 3D printer manufacturer, competing against other teams across five international markets.

A full simulation typically lasts between 3 and 8 hours, depending on the number of quarters and whether it runs in a single session or across several classes.

It is usually played in teams of 3 to 5 participants. Any number of teams can compete simultaneously; the more teams, the more dynamic the competitive environment.

Instructors can configure the markets opened, demand levels, available transport modes, quarterly budget limits and many other parameters directly from the instructor dashboard.

After the simulation, instructors access a unified results dashboard showing every team's decisions and results quarter by quarter, enabling structured debriefing on strategy, logistics and competitive response.
