Assessment simulation for a client assessment centre, not for the open catalog. The participant spends three working weeks (five rounds, about 45 minutes) leading a cross-area project at Arvela Crédito, the fictional consumer-credit lender of La Cartera, with no formal authority over anyone: an arrears early-warning dashboard for the point-of-sale network, due at the credit committee.

They assign six work packages to two peers, a new joiner and themselves against real capacity; deal with a peer whose work is slipping, first in writing and then in a scripted conversation whose replies depend on how they open it; hold a four-step development conversation with the new joiner; answer the head of Sales, who wants the dashboard early and bigger; and account to their manager for a delivery error whose size and origin come from their own plan and their own answer to Sales.

Two short texts are written inside the simulation. Every option is coded in advance against the client competency model; the coach is silent and the score is hidden, and the evidence log, the conversation branches, the texts and the outcome figures are kept for a human assessor. Every coefficient and every reply is fixed, so the same decisions always give the same results and the same codes.
