Who it is for

An advanced simulation for participants used to working with the main frameworks and trade-offs of the subject, designed for executive education and experienced professionals.

How a session runs

  1. The instructor creates a session from the Eureka dashboard and invites the participants.
  2. Participants play 6 rounds. In each one they submit their decisions and the simulation calculates the results.
  3. The simulation can be run in English, Español.
  4. The instructor follows each participant's progress and results from the dashboard, and uses the class results for the debrief.

  • The topic you have circled for years
  • Impact (1-10): would 5 years alter how you see the world or do your work?
  • Durability (1-10): can you stay with this through the boring middle?
  • Infrastructure (1-10): teachers, community, primary texts, practice routes available?
  • Regret (1-10): looking back from 2031, would you regret not pursuing this?
  • One topic. Confirm the cut?
  • Year-1 milestone (concrete: texts, hours, first output)
  • Weekly hours (3-6 recommended)
  • Year-3 milestone (produce, engage, fluency reached)
  • Year-5 milestone (teach, publish, perform, ship)
