QuarterlyPersonalRetro — What Did This Quarter Actually Teach Me?

Run a disciplined 45-minute personal retrospective grounded in evidence (calendar, decision journal, bets, top wins/losses, top people) that produces 3 lessons, 1 stop, 1 experiment, and a calendar update — not a gratitude journal.

Who it is for

An intermediate simulation for participants who already know the core concepts of the subject, designed for master's and MBA programmes.

How a session runs

  1. The instructor creates a session from the Eureka dashboard and invites the participants.
  2. Participants play 3 rounds. In each one they submit their decisions and the simulation calculates the results. The first round opens with: Gather evidence (15 min).
  3. The simulation can be run in English, Español.
  4. The instructor follows each participant's progress and results from the dashboard, and uses the class results for the debrief.

Decisions participants make

The decisions participants make during the simulation:

  • Calendar — last 13 weeks, grouped into 5-8 buckets
  • DecisionJournal (1017) — every entry from the quarter
  • Bet tracker / OKRs / goals — Q-start commitments vs. status now
  • Top 3 wins and top 3 losses — first to mind
  • Top 10 people by hours — match against bets
  • Hours mapped from calendar (target: most of 13 weeks)
  • Candidate lessons generated (target 5-7)
  • Lessons kept (target 3)
  • Of those, how many surface an unflattering pattern? (target: at least 1)
  • Specificity check — average across kept lessons
