About this simulation
Simulacion Express de 90 minutos, 4 rondas, nivel intermedio, sobre la sobreventa y las reubicaciones en un hotel. Hotel Vega de Albaida (Granada, 164 habitaciones), viernes de congreso: 154 habitaciones vendidas, el sistema propone vender 16 mas con la media anual de no-shows, en el correo de ventas hay una lista de grupo confirmada y sin cargar, y a las 22:40 un autocar con 24 pasajeros se para en la puerta.
Decides cuanto sobrevender y que capacidad de reubicacion contratar el martes, como liberar habitaciones y en que orden reubicar el viernes, que hacer con el grupo y que paquete recibe cada huesped reubicado sin bajar de categoria, y la regla de sobreventa para el ano siguiente.
Who it is for
An intermediate simulation for participants who already know the core concepts of the subject, designed for master's and MBA programmes.
How a session runs
- The instructor creates a session from the Eureka dashboard and invites the participants.
- Participants play 4 rounds. In each one they submit their decisions and the simulation calculates the results. The first round opens with: Martes 20 de octubre, 12:00: ¿cuánto sobrevendemos el viernes?.
- The simulation can be run in English, Español.
- The instructor follows each participant's progress and results from the dashboard, and uses the class results for the debrief.
