About this simulation
An administrative technician at a Spanish labour, tax and accounting advisory firm gets an AI assistant on a Monday morning and a 40-hour queue on a 37.5-hour contract.
Over four rounds - three working weeks and the plan for March - the participant decides what to delegate (client letters, the bank reconciliation, regulatory summaries), how anything produced with AI is checked (self-review, sampling, a full read; redoing the figures, control totals or a full recomputation; asking for sources or opening the official text), which tool handles personal data (the fastest free chatbot, the corporate assistant, or the corporate assistant after pseudonymising), what to do when a colleague pastes a payroll file into a free chatbot, whether 120 CVs are rejected automatically or summarised for a human decision, and finally the team policy, the training and what to do with the hours freed.
The model is deterministic: hours, errors that reach clients, personal records exposed and the value of each week follow from the choices. The score combines the quality of each decision with the value and the quality of the week it governs, and is capped for personal data in tools with no contract, an unreported incident or automatic rejection of candidates. Spanish (primary, peninsular) and English.
Who it is for
An intermediate simulation for participants who already know the core concepts of the subject, designed for master's and MBA programmes.
How a session runs
- The instructor creates a session from the Eureka dashboard and invites the participants.
- Participants play 4 rounds. In each one they submit their decisions and the simulation calculates the results. The first round opens with: Qué delegar.
- The simulation can be run in English, Español.
- The instructor follows each participant's progress and results from the dashboard, and uses the class results for the debrief.
