SkillTransfer — Moving What You Know to Where It Is Useful

A 2-round AI-coached micro-simulation for career-changers and cross-functional movers. You map your existing strengths into a 2x2 transfer matrix (domain-general vs domain-specific, habits/frames vs skills/tools) and then design a 90-day learning plan that leans on transfers, re-learns frames, and postpones tools.

About this simulation

A 2-round AI-coached micro-simulation for career-changers and cross-functional movers. You map your existing strengths into a 2x2 transfer matrix (domain-general vs domain-specific, habits/frames vs skills/tools) and then design a 90-day learning plan that leans on transfers, re-learns frames, and postpones tools. Teaches surface-vs-deep similarity, the expertise-transfer paradox, and the frame-before-tool rule.

Who it is for

An intermediate simulation for participants who already know the core concepts of the subject, designed for master's and MBA programmes.

How a session runs

  1. The instructor creates a session from the Eureka dashboard and invites the participants.
  2. Participants play 2 rounds. In each one they submit their decisions and the simulation calculates the results.
  3. The simulation can be run in English, Español.
  4. The instructor follows each participant's progress and results from the dashboard, and uses the class results for the debrief.

Decisions participants make

The decisions participants make during the simulation:

  • Pick your transition
  • Your starting stance
  • Lean on domain-general transfers (build credibility)
  • Re-learn domain-specific frames (the invisible common sense)
  • Acquire domain-specific tools (stack, vocabulary, norms)
  • Order of attack in the first 30 days

What participants track

What participants follow on screen as the rounds go by:

  • Sort your strengths into the 2x2
  • Place each asset
  • Design your 90-day plan
  • Calibration trajectory
