About this simulation
A 90-minute, 4-round Express simulation in the learner's own chair on the exit interview: what to say to the company on the way out and what to keep to yourself, for lifelong-learning, career-transition and executive-education alumni programmes.
Lorena Albinana (a fictional head of transport planning at a fictional Valencia logistics company, Logistica Carraixet) has resigned to join a fictional retailer, Supermercados Rabosa, and HR has booked her exit interview.
You decide what you want from the interview and what you find out first, what you say about your boss and about why you are leaving, what you do about two unlogged near-misses on the loading dock and what you answer when asked what would make you stay, and what stays in writing and what you do after you leave.
Scored on how useful what you leave said is, the chance that something changes within a year, your final settlement, your peace of mind, your relationship with the company, your team's trust and open risk; telling colleagues' confidences by name or using the safety matter as a bargaining chip caps the score. Spanish with English.
Who it is for
An intermediate simulation for participants who already know the core concepts of the subject, designed for master's and MBA programmes.
How a session runs
- The instructor creates a session from the Eureka dashboard and invites the participants.
- Participants play 4 rounds. In each one they submit their decisions and the simulation calculates the results. The first round opens with: Lunes 1 de marzo de 2027: la invitación.
- The simulation can be run in English, Español.
- The instructor follows each participant's progress and results from the dashboard, and uses the class results for the debrief.
