Simulacion Express de 90 minutos, 4 rondas, nivel intermedio, sobre revenue management de grupos en hoteleria. Diriges el Hotel Mirall Feria, 180 habitaciones junto al recinto ferial de Valencia. Un organizador de congresos pide 120 habitaciones cuatro noches en plena feria a 118 euros.
Calculas lo que el grupo desplaza noche a noche, contrapropones fechas y tarifa, negocias desgaste, plazo de liberacion y concesiones, revisas el pickup a 60 dias, fijas la tarifa de transitorio y liquidas el desgaste con su clausula de reventa.
Who it is for
An intermediate simulation for participants who already know the core concepts of the subject, designed for master's and MBA programmes.
How a session runs
- The instructor creates a session from the Eureka dashboard and invites the participants.
- Participants play 4 rounds. In each one they submit their decisions and the simulation calculates the results. The first round opens with: Octubre 2026: la solicitud.
- The simulation can be run in English, Español.
- The instructor follows each participant's progress and results from the dashboard, and uses the class results for the debrief.
