Friendships As Adult — The Layer You Forgot to Build

A 5-round coaching simulation that converts the noticed absence of a non-work friendship layer into a first month of action: an honest inventory, a Dunbar tier map, a reactivation list with three drafted messages, a calendar architecture with a protector script, and three asks actually sent before the round ends.

Who it is for

An intermediate simulation for participants who already know the core concepts of the subject, designed for master's and MBA programmes.

How a session runs

  1. The instructor creates a session from the Eureka dashboard and invites the participants.
  2. Participants play 5 rounds. In each one they submit their decisions and the simulation calculates the results. The first round opens with: The Honest Inventory.
  3. The simulation can be run in English, Español.
  4. The instructor follows each participant's progress and results from the dashboard, and uses the class results for the debrief.

Decisions participants make

The decisions participants make during the simulation:

  • How many real friends did you list?
  • Median months since last meaningful contact
  • I listed honestly — no aspirational entries.
  • Inner Circle count (2am call)
  • Close Friends count (weekend plan)
  • Friends count (long meal)
  • Each placement passes the symmetry test.
  • Salvageable (probably) — count
  • Salvageable but expensive — count
  • Leave dormant — count
