Who it is for

An advanced simulation for participants used to working with the main frameworks and trade-offs of the subject, designed for executive education and experienced professionals.

How a session runs

  1. The instructor creates a session from the Eureka dashboard and invites the participants.
  2. Participants play 4 rounds. In each one they submit their decisions and the simulation calculates the results. The first round opens with: Diagnose the real motive.
  3. The simulation can be run in English, Español.
  4. The instructor follows each participant's progress and results from the dashboard, and uses the class results for the debrief.

Decisions participants make

The decisions participants make during the simulation:

  • Primary motive (commit to one)
  • Knowledge — how specific is a recent decision you felt under-equipped for? (1=vague, 10=concrete discipline)
  • Identity — would 6 paid weeks alone with no syllabus do the work? (1=no, 10=yes)
  • Program archetype
  • Finalist 1 (program name)
  • Finalist 2 (program name)
  • Confidence the archetype matches the motive from Round 1 (1-10)
  • Cohort due diligence — last 2 cohort breakdowns (age, geo, sector) obtained? (1=no data, 10=full breakdown)
  • Time architecture vs your real life-stage match (1=poor fit, 10=clean fit)
  • Faculty / pedagogy verified with named graduates from the last 2 cohorts? (1=no, 10=yes, named graduates)
