A 90-minute, 4-round Express simulation in the learner's own chair on rewriting a stale CV for the job you want rather than the one you have: one target read from its ads, a headline for that job, years of duties translated into achievements with numbers, a two-page cut that keeps the timeline, a small real project to prove what you have not done, a reader from the field, and reading your own response data, for lifelong-learning, career-transition, reskilling, outplacement and alumni career programmes.

Lucia Zamarreno (a fictional secondary teacher at a fictional Valladolid school, Colegio Alcaravan) wants to move into corporate training; Duerosur, a fictional 2,300-person supermarket chain, opens a training-and-development post, and a former colleague who now runs training at an insurer offers to read her CV.

You decide what job you rewrite the CV for and how it opens, how you tell your years as a teacher and what you cut, what you do about what the ads ask for and you have not done and who reads it first, and what you change when the market answers and how you tell the move in the interview.

Scored on how clearly they see you for the job, the chance you land it, what the move earns you, your time and calm, your credibility with recruiters, your standing with the colleague who helped and open risk; claiming a tool you have never used, or a job title you never held, caps the score. Spanish with English.
