A 90-minute, 4-round basic Express simulation for Spanish vocational training (Formacion Profesional, grado medio), module 0059 Planes de emergencias y dispositivos de riesgos previsibles of the Tecnico en Emergencias Sanitarias (Real Decreto 1397/2007).

The learner is Iratxe Lorbes, an emergency medical technician at a fictional ambulance company who designs and then runs the preventive health coverage of a fictional 20,000-person open-air festival: the analysis of the concentration, the resources, where the first-aid posts stand, the evacuation road, the shifts, the coordination and register, the transfers to hospital and the withdrawal.

Where the resources stand matters as much as how many there are. Scored on attendances reached in time, time to evacuation of the serious, the cost of the coverage and the 112 ambulance hours taken from the comarca; no clinical procedures. Two hard-fails cap the round at 40: a basic ambulance crewed by a single technician (Real Decreto 836/2012 art.

4.1.b) and reporting patients' names and photographs in a messaging group with the organiser (Ley 41/2002 art. 7.1; GDPR art. 9). Spanish primary, English parity.

An introductory simulation that assumes no prior knowledge of the subject, designed for undergraduate courses. It also works in vocational and high-school programmes and in onboarding sessions.
