The A/B Test Lab — Experimentation at Scale
Triage four concurrent experiments at Plumeline.io, redesign the ones that are not decision-grade, and write the Friday memo to the CEO.
A 90-minute, 4-round basic Express simulation for Spanish vocational training (Formacion Profesional), module 0232 Automatismos industriales of the Tecnico en Instalaciones Electricas y Automaticas (Real Decreto 177/2008).

The learner is Itsaso Jaurrieta, a newly qualified maintenance electrician at a fictional aggregates quarry and crushing plant, Aridos Villarnadal, through 2027, in charge of the star-delta starter panels of its crusher, main conveyor, washing pump and compressor.
Four situations set the year's course: the crusher that will not change to delta, and how the panel is made safe (the five stages of Real Decreto 614/2001, the control circuit's own supply included) and how the diagnosis starts (the schematic, the symptom and a measurement plan); the conveyor that stops by itself and the thermal relay that trips, and how the control fault is located (the branch followed point by point, the section confirmed dead) and what is done with the thermal relay (its setting read against the nameplate and its place in a star-delta starter); the bang at the change-over in the pump's panel, and how the interlocks, the timer and the contacts are checked and what is replaced (only the faulty element, by a compatible one); and the functional test before the hand-back and the repair report of every fault.
Three critical errors (safety infringements) cap the round: work on a live panel, a thermal relay's contact bridged, the star-delta interlock bridged. KPIs: faults resolved right first time, electrical maintenance cost, minutes to diagnosis and parts changed without need. Spanish primary, English parity. Fictional companies and people; real regulations and curriculum cited.
After the session, participants will be able to:
An introductory simulation that assumes no prior knowledge of the subject, designed for undergraduate courses. It also works in vocational and high-school programmes and in onboarding sessions.
