About this simulation
A 90-minute, 4-round advanced Express simulation on primary-care management for health-management programmes, primary-care coordinators, nurse coordinators and administrative heads of health centres.
Centro de Salud Montesorbe Norte (a fictional urban public health centre in Spain: 12 family doctors, 13 nurses, 20,400 adult health cards): as the new medical coordinator you run 2027 quarter by quarter under the management agreement, with an improvement fund of EUR 200,000.
Round by round you decide who sees acute same-day demand and what happens to bureaucratic visits, what to do with the risk-stratification list of the 600 complex chronic patients and where to invest the fund, how to get through the summer and how referrals are managed, and the winter plan and how the year indicators are closed.
Each quarter is scored on days to the family doctor, complex chronic patients followed proactively, avoidable hospital admissions, non-pertinent referrals and spending; handing patient health data to an outside company or recoding activity to meet the agreement caps the score.

An advanced simulation for participants used to working with the main frameworks and trade-offs of the subject, designed for executive education and experienced professionals.
How a session runs
- The instructor creates a session from the Eureka dashboard and invites the participants.
- Participants play 4 rounds. In each one they submit their decisions and the simulation calculates the results. The first round opens with: Lunes 11 de enero de 2027: la demanda del día y la burocracia.
- The simulation can be run in English, Español.
- The instructor follows each participant's progress and results from the dashboard, and uses the class results for the debrief.
