Who it is for

An intermediate simulation for participants who already know the core concepts of the subject, designed for master's and MBA programmes.

How a session runs

  1. The instructor creates a session from the Eureka dashboard and invites the participants.
  2. Participants play 4 rounds. In each one they submit their decisions and the simulation calculates the results. The first round opens with: Diagnóstico tramo a tramo.
  3. The simulation can be run in English, Español.
  4. The instructor follows each participant's progress and results from the dashboard, and uses the class results for the debrief.

Decisions participants make

The decisions participants make during the simulation:

  • Reserva de mantenimiento (% del presupuesto SGR)
  • Cronograma 2026 vs 2027 (selecciones por tramo)
  • Concentrar en V-07 entrega un corredor utilizable; repartir hace que ningún km quede transitable.
  • El Alcalde decidió priorizar V-07 por razones políticas.
  • En la próxima vigencia ampliaremos a las otras veredas con más SGR.
  • Reservamos COP/año para mantenimiento rutinario; con eso la vía sobrevive 4–6 años hasta el periódico.
  • Pediremos otro proyecto SGR cuando se deteriore.
  • El mantenimiento es responsabilidad ordinaria de la Secretaría con su presupuesto anual.
  • Sí: el cronograma a primera entrega cabe en la ventana abr–oct.
  • Renegociaremos la promesa pública; la legalidad pesa más que la fecha.
