A 90-minute, 4-round Express simulation in the learner's own chair on bringing a professional profile that is three jobs out of date up to date in one weekend: deciding who the profile is for, a headline with what you do now and the proof, each role with results you are allowed to share, an About in your own voice, proof a stranger can check, editing discreetly, reading the messages the profile brings and telling your own manager the truth, for lifelong-learning, career-management, personal-branding and alumni career programmes.

Damian Mirete (fictional) has spent 13 years at Huertamar, a fictional fresh-cut and frozen vegetable processor in the Region of Murcia, rising from quality technician to head of operations for three plants, but his LinkedIn profile still says quality technician; his managing director is connected to him and a headhunter has just offered him a post three levels below his own.

You decide who the profile is for and how it opens, how you tell your three jobs and what the About says, what proves it and who sees the changes, and what you change after three months of messages and what you tell your managing director when she asks whether you are leaving.

Scored on how clearly the profile shows who you are today, the chance the right search finds you, what the profile is worth to you, your time and calm, your credibility with whoever searches, your standing with your managing director and open risk; posting your company's internal figures, or claiming a certification you do not hold, caps the score.
