A 90-minute, 4-round basic Express simulation for Spanish vocational training (Formacion Profesional, grado superior), module 1419 Gestion de la prevencion y responsabilidad juridica of the Tecnico Superior en Prevencion de riesgos profesionales (Real Decreto 958/2024).

The learner is Leire Zabalbeitia, the prevention technician and designated worker of a fictional metal-fabrication SME (86 workers), who plans the prevention of 2027 with a budget: the preventive modality, the risk evaluation and its planning, collective protection before individual protection, training by job on working time, health surveillance by protocols, coordination with a contractor in the August shutdown, a budget adjustment and the investigation of accidents.

Not preventing costs more than preventing, even if it takes longer to show. Scored on hours with the risk controlled, cost per worker (prevention plus non-prevention), days lost per worker and open cases; no machine, welding or medical procedures. Two hard-fails cap the round at 40: making workers pay for their own protective equipment (Ley 31/1995 art.

14.5) and recording work accidents as common illness (Ley 31/1995 arts. 16.3 and 23). Spanish primary, English parity.

An introductory simulation that assumes no prior knowledge of the subject, designed for undergraduate courses. It also works in vocational and high-school programmes and in onboarding sessions.
