Who it is for

An intermediate simulation for participants who already know the core concepts of the subject, designed for master's and MBA programmes.

How a session runs

  1. The instructor creates a session from the Eureka dashboard and invites the participants.
  2. Participants play 3 rounds. In each one they submit their decisions and the simulation calculates the results.
  3. The simulation can be run in English, Español.
  4. The instructor follows each participant's progress and results from the dashboard, and uses the class results for the debrief.

Decisions participants make

The decisions participants make during the simulation:

  • What is the thing you may be staying in out of inertia?
  • Years already invested
  • Clean-slate test: starting today, with no history, would you choose this?
  • Did you answer in 5 seconds (visceral) or after rationalizing?
  • If your answer was No or Maybe, why are you still here? (financial, relational, identity, other)
  • Expected outcome at 12 months (1=poor, 10=excellent)
  • Expected outcome at 36 months (1=poor, 10=excellent)
  • Probability of reaching outcome (%)
  • Realistic transition cost if you leave (1=trivial, 10=severe)
  • Did you remove every reference to past investment from both columns?
