A 90-minute, 4-round advanced Express simulation on working-capital management in Brazil under high interest rates: customer and supplier terms, receivables financing (antecipacao de recebiveis, loans secured by registered receivables, a large customer's supplier-finance programme) and the FX hedge of imported inputs, for business, accounting and economics programmes and for finance, treasury and commercial teams of mid-sized companies.

Lumivale Iluminacao (a fictional family-owned LED-lighting manufacturer in Contagem, Minas Gerais, that imports its components in dollars and sells to a home-centre chain and to electrical-supply shops): as its new finance director you run four quarters, Q4 2026 to Q3 2027.

Round by round you choose the customer and the supplier terms, the hedge of the committed import payments and the financing of the cycle, the stock and the credit policies, and the answer to the chain's 150 days and the dividend.

Each quarter is scored on the result, the cash conversion cycle, the bank financing used, sales and a confidence index of banks, suppliers and customers; discounting duplicatas for goods not yet sold, or holding the ICMS collected to fund the cycle, caps the score.
