Decision 1, Monday 11 January 2027: what the client report says about AI (nothing, a generic label on the cover, or a methods note on what the assistant did, what she did and what was checked), how she verifies (trust the assistant, check what supports each conclusion, or redo everything) and what record she keeps (the self-deleting chat history, none, or a project log).
Decision 2: a new client clause requiring notice and agreement of AI use (ignore it, stop AI on that client, or agree a protocol), the hours saved (keep quiet, tell the partner and reinvest them, or cut the price) and a team rule (each decides, a one-page disclosure rule, or a ban).
Decision 3: a tender form that asks whether generative AI was used (a bare yes, a yes with a description, or no), a magazine column the assistant drafted (as is, rewritten with an honest bio line, or labelled) and an interview consent form (as is, transcribe by hand, or a line naming the transcription service).
Decision 4: the answer to a client whose AI detector flags the report (deny, the facts with the note and log, or a discount), what future proposals say (nothing, a boilerplate paragraph, or a note proportional to the AI role) and training. A deterministic model turns these into a trust index, net hours freed, business against plan in thousands of euros, errors reaching clients and overtime.
The score combines the quality of each decision with those outcomes and is capped when the tender form is answered no. Spanish (primary, Spain) and English.
