A 90-minute, 4-round advanced Express simulation on staffing a growing Brazilian operation under the CLT: CLT vs PJ structures chosen lawfully, peak-season staffing within the overtime limit, working-time records and the banco de horas, ferias and the 13th salary, a labour claim, turnover and lawful downsizing, with the passivo trabalhista charged to the result, for business, accounting, law and HR programmes and for HR, payroll and operations teams.
Rota Ipe Logistica (a fictional e-commerce fulfilment and last-mile operator in Cajamar, Sao Paulo, with 420 CLT warehouse staff, 40 CLT drivers and 120 exclusive agregado drivers hired as PJ): as its new people and payroll manager you run four quarters, Q4 2026 to Q3 2027.
Round by round you choose the peak staffing plan and the working-time regime, the drivers' structure and the answer to a former driver's claim, the vacation plan and the retention policy, and the adjustment to a lost client and the year's labour compliance.
Each quarter is scored on the result after the labour provision, on-time deliveries, the estimated labour liability, warehouse turnover and a team-confidence index; unregistered day labour, pressuring the witnesses of a claim or forcing employees to resign caps the score. Portuguese (Brazil) with Spanish and English.

How a session runs
- The instructor creates a session from the Eureka dashboard and invites the participants.
- Participants play 4 rounds. In each one they submit their decisions and the simulation calculates the results.
- The simulation can be run in English, Español.
- The instructor follows each participant's progress and results from the dashboard, and uses the class results for the debrief.
