Coqui Commercial Cleaning (a fictional cleaning company in Kissimmee, Florida, with 44 employees and about 2.4 million dollars of revenue): as the new operations manager you run its payroll and people decisions through 2027.
You decide whether the crew leads are exempt and what counts as hours worked, how the payroll taxes reach the IRS and which benefits to offer, how to handle a pay complaint inside at-will limits and how to staff the summer peak, and how to answer a Wage and Hour Division investigation and design the year-end bonus. Scored on operating profit, wage-hour and tax compliance, hourly turnover and clients kept.

Cómo funciona una sesión
- El docente crea una sesión desde el panel de Eureka e invita a los participantes.
- Los participantes juegan 4 rondas. En cada una envían sus decisiones y la simulación calcula los resultados. La primera ronda arranca con: Monday 4 January 2027: who is exempt, and what counts as work.
- La simulación se puede jugar en: English, Español.
- El docente sigue el progreso y los resultados de cada participante desde el panel, y usa los resultados de la clase para el debriefing.
