Sobre la simulación

A 90-minute, 4-round Express simulation in the learner's own chair on writing a CV with generative AI without losing yourself in it: what to let the machine do, what makes the document recognisably yours, and how to stand behind every line, for lifelong-learning, career-transition, outplacement and alumni career programmes.

Marina Lardies (a fictional demand planner at a fictional Zaragoza fruit distributor, Frutas Valdejalon) has sent a chatbot-written CV to 23 companies and had one reply; now Almozara Logistica, a fictional 640-person food-logistics operator, opens the senior demand-planning post she wants, and a former colleague offers to refer her.

You decide what the machine does and what makes the CV yours, how you tailor it to the opening and what you write to introduce yourself, how you prepare for the screening call and the online forecasting test and what you answer when asked whether you used AI, and what you do with the offer and afterwards.

Scored on how recognisable you are, the chance they choose you, what the move earns you, your time and calm, your credibility with the employer, your standing with the referrer and open risk; keeping an assistant open during the test, or claiming a certification the machine invented, caps the score. Spanish with English.

Una simulación de nivel intermedio para participantes que ya conocen los conceptos básicos de la materia, pensada para programas de máster y MBA.

Cómo funciona una sesión

  1. El docente crea una sesión desde el panel de Eureka e invita a los participantes.
  2. Los participantes juegan 4 rondas. En cada una envían sus decisiones y la simulación calcula los resultados. La primera ronda arranca con: Sábado 6 de marzo de 2027: el borrador.
  3. La simulación se puede jugar en: English, Español.
  4. El docente sigue el progreso y los resultados de cada participante desde el panel, y usa los resultados de la clase para el debriefing.
