Sobre la simulación

The learner is a 38-year-old implementation project lead at a Pamplona warehouse-software company who works hybrid and ends every day still in work mode: she is leading the go-live of a Guadalajara (Mexico) food distributor whose working day falls in her evening, seven or eight hours behind, and her laptop stays open on the kitchen table until bedtime.

Decision 1, Monday 1 March 2027: how she finds out what keeps her in work mode (assume it is the workload, a two-week evening log, or a paid digital-detox weekend), how the working day ends (never, a 10-minute shutdown at a fixed time, or finishing everything first) and the crossing from work to home on home days (none, a made-up commute with a walk, or scrolling on the sofa).

Decision 2, late March: the evening phone (notifications on, work apps off with only on-call calls, or a quick look at 23:00), who answers Mexico in the evening (herself, a written response-time agreement with a paid and recorded on-call rota, or a junior analyst as an unrecorded favour) and a new module her director asks for (absorb it, move it after go-live with evidence, or catch up at weekends).

Decision 3, April: what the evening holds (screens, absorbing activities and family time, or a demanding training plan), sleep (late nights, a fixed bedtime with the phone outside, or a sleep-tracking ring) and the bedtime worry (check the laptop, five minutes on paper, or a meditation app).

Decision 4, May: the two go-live weeks (drop everything, a minimum version, or a week off afterwards), the team (a silent boundary, a team after-hours norm under the company disconnection policy, or an unagreed auto-reply) and the review (none, ten minutes on Friday, or a paid 21-day programme).

A deterministic week-by-week model over 12 weeks turns these into four indices (evenings, the project, energy and standing), evenings really off work a week, hours worked a week, euros out of pocket and open risk. The score combines the quality of each decision with those outcomes and is capped when she hands the evenings to the junior analyst off the record. Spanish (primary, Spain) and English.
