A 90-minute, 4-round basic Express simulation for Spanish vocational training (Formacion Profesional, grado medio), module 1329 Organizacion de itinerarios of the Tecnico en Guia en el Medio Natural y de Tiempo Libre (Real Decreto 402/2020).

The learner is Noelia Carbajosa, a newly qualified guide who plans the 2027 season of guided routes of one to three days, on foot and on horseback, of a small fictional active-tourism company: 1,450 participants and 4,040 participant-days.

She lays out the routes for each group's profile, sets the stages and timings, plans the water and food, assigns the horses and the material, books the nights, designs the weather plan B, forms the autumn groups and follows up the season. The plan B is designed before leaving, not halfway along the route.

Scored on stages on time, cost per participant-day, incidents and dissatisfied participants; no real route, mountain or hut, and no first-aid or medical advice. Two hard-fails cap the round at 40: going ahead with a stage under an AEMET orange warning for very strong storms (module 1329, learning outcome 5) and posting the participants' health forms in the group chat (GDPR, art. 9(1) and 5(1)(f)).

An introductory simulation that assumes no prior knowledge of the subject, designed for undergraduate courses. It also works in vocational and high-school programmes and in onboarding sessions.
