About this simulation

Wednesday-night workshop design simulation. The protagonist has 14 hours before a 90-minute workshop with 12 people and only a vague topic. Across 3 rounds, the AI coach walks them from outcome statement to 4-block design (Frame/Diverge/Converge/Commit) to pre-mortem and the scripted first 3 minutes — turning a presentation labelled as a workshop into a session that produces decisions.

Who it is for

An intermediate simulation for participants who already know the core concepts of the subject, designed for master's and MBA programmes.

How a session runs

  1. The instructor creates a session from the Eureka dashboard and invites the participants.
  2. Participants play 3 rounds. In each one they submit their decisions and the simulation calculates the results.
  3. The simulation can be run in English, Español.
  4. The instructor follows each participant's progress and results from the dashboard, and uses the class results for the debrief.

Decisions participants make

The decisions participants make during the simulation:

  • Outcome statement
  • How many outcomes are you trying to land in 90 minutes?
  • Frame (min)
  • Diverge (min)
  • Converge (min)
  • Commit (min)
  • Diverge method (Block 2 — participants generate raw material)
  • Converge method (Block 3 — compress to a decision)
  • Senior person hijacked the room
  • Ran out of time and skipped Commit
