A 90-minute, 4-round beginner Express simulation for Spanish vocational training (Formacion Profesional, grado medio), modules 0100 Oficina de farmacia and 0099 Disposicion y venta de productos of the Tecnico en Farmacia y Parafarmacia.

You are Nerea Bujalance, the new pharmacy technician of Farmacia Fuentecilla, a fictional community pharmacy in Aranda de Duero (Burgos), in charge of its stock, orders, prescription billing and parafarmacia over calendar year 2027; dispensing stays with the pharmacist.

Round by round you decide two things: in January who to order from (the cooperative wholesaler, direct from the laboratories, a mixed model or two wholesalers) and the minimum and maximum stock; in April the expiry control and how prescriptions are checked before billing; in July the parafarmacia shelf and the summer promotion; and in October the winter OTC campaign and the review of the immobilised stock; at each decision point the year is projected again with the decisions taken so far.

Each round is scored on the pharmacy margin, the faltas (lines not on hand), the immobilised stock and the prescription billing returned; accepting a laboratory's off-invoice incentives caps the score. Spanish with English.

An introductory simulation that assumes no prior knowledge of the subject, designed for undergraduate courses. It also works in vocational and high-school programmes and in onboarding sessions.
