About this simulation

MBA-track ERM operating-model rebuild at Petrolia under regulator pressure.

Players take the CRO seat after a near-miss pipeline rupture and rebuild the function across five components — cadence, three-lines-of-defense, register-to-decision pipeline, board reporting, and success metrics — over 12 months, with milestones at the CER 90-day filing, the mid-year Board review, the ICC customer-substitution trigger, and the year-end Board ERM Review.
