A 90-minute, 4-round basic Express simulation for Spanish vocational training (Formacion Profesional, grado superior), module 1137 Planificacion de la animacion sociodeportiva of the Tecnico Superior en Ensenanza y Animacion Sociodeportiva (Real Decreto 653/2017).

The learner is Oihana Olaskoaga, a newly qualified coordinator of the sports service of a fictional town of about 14,500 inhabitants, with 1,450 people enrolled, a hall full in the evenings and empty in the mornings.

Through 2027 she studies the demand by group and designs the offer, sets the timetable, staffs the groups, sets the fees, uses and keeps the facilities, plans the summer, promotes the new season and evaluates the year. Filling the off-peak hours is the cheapest way to grow. Scored on occupancy, net cost per participant, complaints and drop-outs; no legal advice on any real municipality's procedures.

Two hard-fails cap the round at 40: covering the children's sports schools with volunteers without the negative certificate of the Central Register of Sex Offenders (Ley Organica 8/2021, art. 57) and posting photos of the children without their families' consent (Ley Organica 3/2018, art. 7.2). Spanish primary, English parity.

An introductory simulation that assumes no prior knowledge of the subject, designed for undergraduate courses. It also works in vocational and high-school programmes and in onboarding sessions.
