Global operations simulation
Interactive simulation in which students take charge of Pearson Cosmetics, to manage purchasing, manufacturing, sales, store and finance areas of the company.
Multiple learning objectives
Co-developed with IESE Business School, designed by prof. Jaume Ribera, the simulation contains multiple learning points, such as profitability, customer satisfaction, market share, manufacturing productivity, capital expenditure allocation, and others.
The simulation has plug and play modules that can be played alone or added as part of the experience.
