A 90-minute, 4-round intermediate Express simulation for Spanish vocational training (Formacion Profesional, grado superior), module 1071 Direccion y comercializacion, common to the Tecnico Superior en Estilismo y Direccion de Peluqueria and the Tecnico Superior en Asesoria de Imagen Personal y Corporativa.
You are Noelia Bustillo, the new director of Estudio Lumen, a fictional hair and image salon in Palencia with five stylists, over calendar year 2027, while a low-cost chain opens two streets away.
Round by round you decide two things: in January the service menu and its prices and how the team is paid; in April the diary and the purchasing of technical products; in July the marketing and what to do when the senior stylist gets an offer; and in October the equipment and how to staff December; at each decision point the year is projected again with the decisions taken so far.
Each round is scored on the salon result, the occupancy of the diary, the staff turnover and the client return rate; turning an employee into a false self-employed chair renter caps the score. Spanish with English.

Una simulación de nivel intermedio para participantes que ya conocen los conceptos básicos de la materia, pensada para programas de máster y MBA.
Cómo funciona una sesión
- El docente crea una sesión desde el panel de Eureka e invita a los participantes.
- Los participantes juegan 4 rondas. En cada una envían sus decisiones y la simulación calcula los resultados. La primera ronda arranca con: Lunes 11 de enero de 2027: la carta de servicios y los sueldos.
- La simulación se puede jugar en: English, Español.
- El docente sigue el progreso y los resultados de cada participante desde el panel, y usa los resultados de la clase para el debriefing.
