A 90-minute, 4-round basic Express simulation for Spanish vocational training (Formacion Profesional, grado superior), module 0730 Recepcion y logistica en la clinica dental of the Tecnico Superior en Higiene Bucodental (Real Decreto 769/2014).
The learner is Ane Mendikute, a newly qualified dental hygienist who coordinates reception and logistics at a fictional four-gabinete private dental clinic, quarter by quarter through 2027: how the agenda is built, reminders and no-shows, receiving the patient, patients in pain, the purchasing route, the store, refilling empty slots and the cost per patient. A well-built agenda is worth more than an extra gabinete.
Scored on empty chair time, waiting time, stock-outs and cost per patient. Two hard-fails cap the round at 40: reading the health questionnaire aloud at the counter and leaving it in the tray (Ley 41/2002 art. 7.1; GDPR art. 9) and buying products without CE marking from unregistered sellers (Real Decreto 192/2023 arts. 5.3 and 24). Una simulación introductoria que no requiere conocimientos previos de la materia, pensada para asignaturas de grado. También funciona en formación profesional, bachillerato y sesiones de onboarding.
Cómo funciona una sesión
- El docente crea una sesión desde el panel de Eureka e invita a los participantes.
- Los participantes juegan 4 rondas. En cada una envían sus decisiones y la simulación calcula los resultados. La primera ronda arranca con: Lunes 11 de enero de 2027: la agenda y los recordatorios.
- La simulación se puede jugar en: English, Español.
- El docente sigue el progreso y los resultados de cada participante desde el panel, y usa los resultados de la clase para el debriefing.
