The learner is a 38-year-old director of product at a Valencia software company, promoted eight months ago, who has slept badly for months; a 360 review says she controls everything, her boss offers a coach and her sister says she needs a psychologist.

Decision 1, Monday 11 January 2027: how she reads the signals (pushing through, a two-week log that separates the work problem from the rest, or diagnosing herself online), the first door (waiting, her GP, or telling HR everything) and who knows (nobody, her partner and a friend, or venting to her team).
Decision 2, in March: which help (a private coach, a registered health psychologist for the sleep and the mood, or an unregistered all-in-one coach and emotional therapist), how she chooses the professional (the first name, checking the registration and the fit, or her boss own professional) and the work problem (reviewing at night, a 90-day delegation plan, or stepping back to an individual role).
Decision 3, in June: how she uses the company coaching programme (for everything, for the leadership goals alongside the other help, or declining it), its contract (HR template with session notes, a confidential three-way contract, or none) and her habits.
Decision 4, in October: how the help ends (stopping now, a planned ending with a relapse plan, or weekly with no end), what she does for a team lead in distress (nothing, listening and referring, or playing therapist) and a bigger role (yes at once, yes on terms, or stepping down).
A deterministic month-by-month model over 12 months turns these into four indices (her wellbeing, her team, home and her career), what the help costs her in euros and open risk. The score combines the quality of each decision with those outcomes and is capped when she chooses the unregistered therapist. The simulation diagnoses nobody. Spanish (primary, Spain) and English.
