Eureka by sector

The same catalogue, ordered by the industry you work in rather than by the course it would be taught in.

Why this page exists

Our catalogue is indexed by subject, because that is how a business school buys. A company does not buy that way: an operations director is not looking for "operations", they are looking for someone who already knows what breaks on their floor. This is the same library seen from the other side.

Coverage by sector

The sectors where we already have depth

The ones with their own page can be opened. The rest have simulations — they do not have a page yet.

Health & care management

Staffing and skill-mix, patient flow, health economics, care-network strategy, pharmaceutical launch and nursing management. Not clinical simulation.

This list grows in order of demand, not of ease. If yours is missing, tell us and it moves up.

If your sector is not here

It is the most profitable conversation we can have. Sector coverage is not bought, it is manufactured — and what we sell, before any catalogue, is the factory.

  • We customise an existing simulation to your sector, brand and indicators in a 1-to-2-week cycle.
  • We write a new simulation from your own case: your mix, your numbers, your vocabulary.
  • The health page carries a worked example: thirteen nursing-management simulations written in September 2026.

Honest about the scope

These are management and business decision simulations. We model economic and organisational consequences — margin, capacity, turnover, share, risk — not the technical execution of a trade. In health that means we do not do clinical simulation; in industry, that we do not replace a process simulator; in banking, that we are not a trading desk. Where that boundary matters, it is written on the sector page, not in the small print.

Frequently asked questions

Why organise simulations by sector rather than by subject?

Because they are two different buyers. A business school buys by subject — finance, marketing, operations — and our catalogue is indexed that way. A company does not: an operations director does not buy "operations", they buy someone who already knows what breaks on their floor. These pages are that second axis.

What if my sector is not listed?

That is the most useful question you can ask us. On the Universal Simulation Framework we customise an existing simulation to your sector, brand and indicators in a 1-to-2-week cycle, and we write one from scratch on your case. A sector without a page here does not mean we have nothing — it means we have not written the page yet.

How many simulations are there per sector?

We would rather not publish a per-sector number, because the only honest figure is one we can defend simulation by simulation. Instead we name the specific simulations on each page and let you walk the whole catalogue. If you need the count for a tender or a committee, ask and we will put it in writing.

Are these management simulations or technical ones?

Management and business decision-making. We model economic and organisational consequences — margin, capacity, turnover, share, risk — not the technical execution of a trade. Where that boundary matters, we say so on the sector page itself.

Shall we start with your sector?

Tell us the industry, the profile of the participants and the time you have. We will tell you what exists today, what would have to be built, and what we will not be able to do.
