What languages are the simulations available in?
The platform is available in 16 languages — including Spanish, English, Portuguese, French, German, Italian, Catalan, Chinese and Japanese — and simulation content is created natively in Spanish, English and Portuguese. Your regional managers play in their own language, not in translated English.
How does it integrate with our LMS?
The platform integrates via LTI and SSO (SAML 2.0) with Moodle, Canvas or Blackboard, among others. Decisions and scores export as CSV / xAPI and are SCORM-compatible, so your LMS records each participant's activity.
What does our IT team need to deploy it?
Nothing to install: participants only need a browser. The service is cloud SaaS, hosted in the European Union and GDPR-compliant, so security and privacy reviews tend to be quick.
Who facilitates the sessions?
Sessions are designed to be run by your own L&D team: every simulation ships with a facilitator pack — debrief script, discussion guide and a 1-page outcomes summary. We support you at kick-off so the first session lands well, and the async self-paced mode lets each participant play on their own schedule.
How long does it take to launch a pilot?
With a catalogue simulation, a matter of days: pick a date, invite participants and they play from the browser. A Workshop licence covers up to 30 participants in one session, with no procurement cycle. If you want brand or sector customisation, add the 1-to-2-week cycle.
